What if the AI suggests a vendor that's booked or bad?: Every vendor on our shortlist is manually vetted by a Cary parent and ranked by real party reviews — not just star ratings. If a match doesn't work out, we swap in the next-best option and the one you passed on doesn't show up in your plan again.
What's actually free vs. paid?: Browsing the vendor directory, reading the blog, and seasonal idea guides are always free. Plans cost: $12.99 for one party (Party Pass), $7.99/mo for unlimited (Cape Club), or $500 flat for a real human planner (Hire a Planner). Money-back if you can't use what we deliver.
Are my kids' details private?: We're fully COPPA compliant. We never collect data directly from children — everything is parent-provided, stored encrypted, and never sold. You can delete your account and every byte of data with one click.
Do you only cover Cary?: For now, yes — we're obsessing over getting Cary / Apex / Morrisville perfect before expanding. Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill go live this summer. National by end of year.
